The Floating Farmhouse // Eldred, NY The wedding of our friends Julie & Brendan was one of the most special & incredible weekends of the season. They are two of the most talented, (check out Julie's recent feature on Design*Sponge and Brendan recently put out a phenomenal album! listen here! ) genuine and all around good people we know. It sounds cliche, but there's no other way to say it, we were so honored to photograph their day.
Their wedding was intimate & emotional, filled with their closest friends & family and officiated by my best friend. Their reception was the perfect blend of dinner party + dance party. The entire day, from start to finish, was filled with so much love. Have a look:

Fleisher Art Memorial // Philadelphia, PA With the exception of the obvious, adorable love Anne & Jeff have for each other, we'd say one of the top five moments was watching these two throw down to some DMX on the dance floor. John James Audubon Center // Audubon, PA Karen & Paul's wedding was a perfect example of how love brings people together. It's rare to find a group of such supportive and loving family & friends that blend together so seamlessly. They had relatives travel from across the globe to attend and even though it was easy to tell their families apart, there was no divide, only laughter, love & lots of dancing. Spend any amount of time with Karen & Paul and it's clear they were just meant to be together. Here are a few favorites from their celebration:

I've been trying to accurately explain the insane amount of love these two have for each other and from family and friends but I'm coming up short. It was easy to see after just two days spent with May & Sean why they're so deeply loved by everyone around them. We teared up during every speech, laughed hysterically at every joke and I danced so hard my feet went numb. Their wedding was the ultimate party and the most sincere display of real love, affection & admiration. Take a look:

White Chimneys // Gap, PA Dalanna, Andy & their adorable baby Eleanore are our new definition of Picture Perfect Family. And their wedding, where everything from the flowers to the drink-ware was hand-crafted by the two of them, was easily one of the most insanely fun, (the guys arrived at the altar via motorcycle), crazy inspiring and beautifully unique days (Dalanna's dress has been worn in her family for generations) we've been a part of. We've known Andy & Dalanna separately for several years, and were just as excited as the rest of their family & friends to celebrate the two of them, together.

There was something noticeably special about Brandi and Nick's wedding. It wasn't just the friends that flew in from around the country, Grandma's homemade desserts or all the handcrafted details. It was the constant, genuine laughter and love from everyone in attendance that was so palpable, we couldn't help getting wrapped up in all the fun. Thank you both for letting us be a part of your beautiful wedding!
Nicole + Brian // Cairnwood Estate
Cairnwood Estate // Bryn Athyn, PA John & I had been looking forward to Nicole & Brian's wedding since we photographed them hurling paint filled balloons at each other last summer. It's clear to anyone who spends time with the two of them, they have something rare and real. And while it was obvious they had been a part of each other's families for years, it was amazing to watch it become official, with so much love & genuine excitement.
